I have lived here at the heather ridge apartments for about Five months now and have had no issues whatsoever. I can say whenever an issue did occur and maintenance arrived there is a gentleman by the name of Mr Adalfi, he is a man who loves his job and a man who will get the job done!! If you ever have any issues he is the one to call!
Last week, I stepped into the office with a list of issues regarding repairs needing to be done in my apartment. These issue were no fault to the current staff members nor maintenance team. I’m going to be completely transparent as this is my honest review. I have lived in Heather ridge now for a year and a half. For the first year I had a horrible experience with going into the office, presenting my complaints and having them solved. This was something that had me guaranteeing I wouldn’t return. I feel as residents you should be able to coexist with staff and be comfortable enough to resolve matters that simply take place overtime. No one can avoid issues coming about. One day your a/c goes out, another your fan, light, toilet or faucet. Any of these events could take place at anytime. Question is “Do you feel prioritized when they need to be handled?” For the first time with the NEW STAFF TEAM I CAN CONFIDENTLY SAY I DO! I’ve spoken a lot already, but I have to say they have been excellent. From communication, to transparency, to resolving each and every matter brought to their attention. It is so refreshing to see a turnaround in this complex. The big difference is everyone is now on one accord. The office staff answers calls, returns them. They make sure you are completely satisfied with your experience here and it makes all the difference. I’ve witnessed firsthand bringing an issue in and IMMEDIATELY…I mean…IMMEDIATELY someone tends to it! Of course that’s the expectation of a resident but realistically you usually have to “Wait in line” so to speak for your problem to be resolved. Not here! You are prioritized and that is why I’m giving such a review. Before I close this out I would like to personally thank Adalfi! Adalfi, was again nothing short of excellent. I had many repairs that I had reported thinking it may be awhile until these can be fixed. To my surprise, Adalfi stepped in and the very next day completed every request. Not only did he do so in less than 24hrs. Every repair was done to perfection. I have to state that because for me it’s a big deal. There has been many times I needed a repair done and it was fixed temporarily rather than permanently. I now feel as if I’m getting what I pay for. So thank you to all the Staff members in the front office as well as Adalfi and the maintenance team for all you do. To anyone looking to move to Heather Ridge I highly recommend it. Especially if you’re wanting residency in the university area!

The front desk professional Jada was so unbelievably helpful and kind when looking for a new place. Still considering the great property! but she was so amazing it should be known. We spent the whole day visiting places and hands down she was most friendly and helpful and excited for us ect. 💜 made the experience wonderful.
Adalfi, was very nice and i appreciated the work and patience he gave while working with me.
Left this place last year. Had issues with the lady in management (black girl that was living above us) and she spent 6 months stomping and sending her dog to pee on the balcony. Videos and pictures were sent but they decided to treat as a resident conflict (obviously not) spend 50$ and move to a much nicer apartment
