Living here has been great! I’ve only had one issue since moving here in January, which was the AC cutting off, but it was fixed within 24 hours of the report! Shoutout to Frazier for coming out and fixing the AC quickly!

They go out of their way to make you feel like more than just a number and like a person who matters. For me it started with a phone call with Elizabeth who took almost 45mins to talk to me and answer questions. That was enough to stand shoulders above other places I had called. Then myself and family had the pleasure of getting a tour with Aiwa Miller who was so kind, up front/honest and caring. She was able to address anything we threw at her including some of the less favorable reviews I had seen(and see for ALL places) While other places simply said “no you go and apply, good luck” Aiwa kept in touch with us while the app was completed so our questions would be answered. She maintained impeccable communication throughout the move in process and made it an easy transition. The maintenance staff has been very friendly in my interactions with them and fixed the little things that have come up. Thankfully nothing major. In fact, the renovated apartment has been very clean and enjoyable. Vaulted ceiling makes it feel much larger! This is not a knock on others but if you are reading this, ask for Aiwa! You will find out what first class treatment feels like! Thankful I chose this place over others!

My HVAC went out on a Sunday late night. It was fixed again Monday morning 10/10 maintenance staff

Was having what would have been a recurring problem with my kitchen sink, but maintenance man, Willie, quickly assessed the problem. He showed what he did and how things should be.

I’ve definitely had my differences in the past with Heather Ridge, but so many things have changed. My building is much much more quieter now, maintenance requests get met immediately (not a new thing just saying), Elizabeth Font is wonderful to work with, very understanding and has been gracefully considerate to her tenants when appropriate. I appreciate the raffles and the small events (Christmas hide & seek/tacos/brunch events) that the complex comes up with.

Great place to live. Nice spacious layout and excellent office staff, I love the resident activities!

I’ve Been Staying In Heather Ridge Since August Just Moved Here From Jersey . So far so good the staff is a big help especially Aiwa she is very knowledgeable & kind always willing to go above & beyond . I look forward to seeing what else this place has to offer throughout the months .
