WILLIE WAS GREAT MAINTENANCE MAN

I really like living here but I called the leasing office to get someone over to fix my dryer as it doesn’t heat up so my clothes don’t dry. It’s been 2 weeks now and nobody’s came to fix it! Hopefully this gets resolved shortly.

Diosnel fixed my AC and dryer today and did a great job. Friendly, fast, and knew what he was doing.

Heather Ridge maintenance team is really helpful and especially the guy Bill Thomas is really good he provided fast and immediate support resolving our bedroom blind issue by replacing it with another new one as well as my HPVAC issue of cleaning air filters of air conditioner. They are really good at services thanks and appreciate all your support!!

Willie on maintenance does a great job. I put in a low priority request and he was in the next day and out in 5 minutes. I've had only good interactions with all of the maintenance stuff.
