Office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance responds quickly. Complex always having activities for residents such as pool parties and bingo. Only complaint I have is dumpster location at front which is a mess on weekends.

It’s been a year almost since I’ve moved here. So far everything has been good, for the most part. The maintenance crew is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. However, Trash here is a real issue and dog poop. If it’s not the neighbors leaving trash out for days on end, it’s the compactor. People like to leave trash out everywhere except where it belongs. Also, it’s June and summer is here and the pool is still closed. That’s very disappointing because it’s one of the reason we decided to move to a community with a pool.

I love my apartment. I love the way the grounds are maintained. I do consider this my home and plan to stay. The maintenance staff are great and do excellent work. The office staff are a wonderful bunch of people, Aiden, Kelly Owai and especially Ms. Font, you are a joy to have here and so very helpful at solving problems.Thats what I like about Heather Ridge. 2/8/2023I love the community gatherings here at heather ridge, gives you a chance to meet your neighbors. May 28th, 2024, maintainence fixed door to Laundry closet. Very well done, Will and Mr. Frazier. next day a dead bird was splattered on my patio, feathers, guts and all. Will came and removed dead bird, cleaned the area so that you would never know such a mess had been there. Thank you very much Will, good job as usual.

Living here has been great! I’ve only had one issue since moving here in January, which was the AC cutting off, but it was fixed within 24 hours of the report! Shoutout to Frazier for coming out and fixing the AC quickly!

From the beginning of the move every thing has been good. I love my apartment, I would recommend these apartments to my friends, awesome staff, thank you 😊
